YOWZA! What a workshop!
Rick Chandler, a multi-time District Champion (in ALL categories) and Beyond Words member, kicked off a fabulous Evaluation Workshop with a bang of a presentation … biggest take-home, SELL THE BENEFIT!
We then launched into two contest-style sessions with a fun and delicious break inbetween:

You could slice the CONTEST TENSION in the air!
While the evaluators went out of the room for their five minute prep, Rick led a group round-robin evaluation of the speeches, which included his remarks.
After all the evaluators had presented (having drawn for speaking order during the *contest briefing*), Rick evaluated all of them and then opened up the evaluation to include a round-robin.
Informative presentation, wonderful contest simulation, amazing speeches and evaluations, incredible learning experience … Rick Chandler, you totally rock!
